What We Do
We are passionate about helping teenagers and adults struggling with depression and anxiety feel unstuck and more in control, through a personalized and collaborative approach to talk therapy.
Our Philosophy
We operate from a client-centered perspective, which means we believe you are the expert on your own life. Our counselors are like co-pilots - along for the adventure while giving feedback from the passenger seat. We look at our clients’ stories through an attachment lens, with a hint of a cognitive-behavioral approach. We believe relationships play an important role from the beginning of our lives, and our beliefs about those relationships, ourselves, and the rest of the world heavily impact our emotions and behaviors. In our sessions, we’ll look at how your experiences have impacted your beliefs and will reprocess those beliefs that may not be serving you in the way you would like.
